With Cacao Nibs Bar - 85% - Hakalau Chocolate

Hakalau Chocolate is as pure as it gets!  We discovered a delicious way to make bold, dark chocolate without processed sugar - we just use two ingredients - our cacao, and local honey.  That's it - no added cocoa butter, no lecithin, no refined sugar!

100% Hawaiian. Tree-to-Bar Chocolate:  Product from small permaculture farms made in small batches, hand-crafted!  Expect delicious variations in each bar, depending on the season the pods and honey were harvested. Typical flavor notes are: nutty, coffee, raspberry. 

With Cacao Nibs Bar - 85%:  Our tree-to-bar hand-crafted chocolate made with only two ingredients, organically grown Hakalau cacao and Hawaiian Big Island honey. We add crunchy roasted nibs back into this bar for an extra-rich chocolate experience. Ingredients: 100% Big Island Hawaii cacao, Big Island honey. With added roasted cacao nibs for crunch.
