Shipping with Aloha

We’re a small, local business — not a big-box retailer — and that’s part of what makes Yay! Candy special. Because many of our treats are delicate and made fresh here in Hawaiʻi, we’ve designed our shipping process to give them the best chance of arriving at your door just as perfect as when they left us.

To protect the quality of your order, we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. This ensures your sweets spend as little time as possible in transit, avoiding long weekend delays. We also exclusively use next-day or two-day shipping. While this makes shipping a bit more expensive, it’s worth it to keep your treats in top shape.

That’s why we carefully pack every order in insulated materials with a reusable cold pack, keeping your treats cool and fresh on their way to you. And because we believe in spreading aloha, not waste, all our packaging is either reusable, made from recycled materials, or fully recyclable. It’s just one more way we care for your candy and the planet.

We genuinely care about every order we send out. We love these products, and we want you to love them just as much. Getting them to you in great condition isn’t just a priority — it’s a promise.
