Hawaiian Red Sea Salt (Alaea) Bar - 80% - Hakalau Chocolate

Hakalau Chocolate is as pure as it gets!  We discovered a delicious way to make bold, dark chocolate without processed sugar - we just use two ingredients - our cacao, and local honey.  That's it - no added cocoa butter, no lecithin, no refined sugar!

100% Hawaiian. Tree-to-Bar Chocolate:  Product from small permaculture farms made in small batches, hand-crafted!  Expect delicious variations in each bar, depending on the season the pods and honey were harvested. Typical flavor notes are: nutty, coffee, raspberry. 

Hawaiian Red Sea Salt (Alaea) Bar - 80%: Sea salt pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, satisfying multiple cravings in one bite! In this bar we use alaea sea salt, a traditional local Hawaiian salt with iron-rich, red clay. Ingredients: 100% Big Island Hawaii cacao, Big Island honey. Alaea (red clay) added to sea salt.
