Macadamia Nuts with Sea Salt Bar - 80% - Hakalau Chocolate

Hakalau Chocolate is as pure as it gets!  We discovered a delicious way to make bold, dark chocolate without processed sugar - we just use two ingredients - our cacao, and local honey.  That's it - no added cocoa butter, no lecithin, no refined sugar!

100% Hawaiian. Tree-to-Bar Chocolate:  Product from small permaculture farms made in small batches, hand-crafted!  Expect delicious variations in each bar, depending on the season the pods and honey were harvested. Typical flavor notes are: nutty, coffee, raspberry. 

Macadamia Nuts with Sea Salt Bar - 80%: We use macadamia nuts fresh from local organic farms, salted lightly with Pure Kona deep-sea salt, rich in sea minerals. We roast to bring out the best nutty flavor. Mac nuts are a wonderful flavor complement to our chocolate. Ingredients: 100% Big Island Hawaii cacao, Big Island honey, Big Island roasted macadamia nuts, touch of Kona sea salt.
