Chili Pepper & Sea Salt Bar- 80% - Hakalau Chocolate

Hakalau Chocolate is as pure as it gets!  We discovered a delicious way to make bold, dark chocolate without processed sugar - we just use two ingredients - our cacao, and local honey.  That's it - no added cocoa butter, no lecithin, no refined sugar!

100% Hawaiian. Tree-to-Bar Chocolate:  Product from small permaculture farms made in small batches, hand-crafted!  Expect delicious variations in each bar, depending on the season the pods and honey were harvested. Typical flavor notes are: nutty, coffee, raspberry. 

Chili Pepper & Sea Salt Bar- 80%: A spicy heat that is mellowed by the chocolate and honey. We use local organic hot Hawaiian Chile peppers, dried and ground together with Kona sea salt, a chunky, mineral-rich Pure Kona Deep Sea Salt, which is pumped from 2,200-foot deep ocean waters into solar evaporation beds. Ingredients: 100% Big Island Hawaii cacao, Big Island honey, hot Hawaiian Chile peppers, Kona sea salt.
