About The Maker: Our tree-to-bar craft chocolates celebrate cacao grown in our beautiful home, Hawai'i new. Handcrafted in small batches and stone ground, we pride ourselves in creating "real food" that not only tastes great, but also nourishes the soul and supports local mahi'a of the islands.We had some fun with our lower sugar white chocolates!

- Māmaki and Matcha Green Tea - White Chocolate: Māmaki and Matcha Green Tea White Chocolate. Ceremonial matcha powder is mixed with locally grown māmaki leaves to create a deliciously smooth and satisfying white chocolate. Māmaki is a Hawaiian relative of the nettle plant, and was used for medicinal and spiritual healing. Ingredients: Cocoa butter, cane sugar, milk powder, Mamaki, matcha green tea powder, sunflower lecithin, vanilla. No preservatives added.

- ʻUala (Purple Sweet Potato) - White Chocolate: Is a lovely vibrant lavender color with a subtle taste of Okinawan sweet potato. They're known to be a very healthy, high fiber starch, rich in antioxidants, potassium and vitamin C. Ingredients: Cocoa butter, cane sugar, milk powder, ʻuala powder (purple seed potato), sunflower lecithin, vanilla. No preservatives added.
